I collaborate with Fabio to illustrate the neighborhood in its purest form.

Quality matte veneers.

Neighborhood woman, phrase you hear in the neighborhood.

As the plate speaks for itself, we give you the recipe to prepare a good stew:

Ingredients:

500g beef (blood sausage or skirt)
200g ham bones
200g of bacon or morcón
200g soaked chickpeas
2 large potatoes
2 carrots
1 turnip
200g pumpkin
1 leek
1 piece of cabbage
1 piece of cabbage
1 bunch of chard
2 cane bones
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
4-5 black peppercorns

And to the mess: we put the large pot on the fire and add the veal, the ham bones and the bacon. We cover everything with water and when it starts to boil, you will see that strange foam forms. Don't worry, you remove them with a large, flat spoon.

After about 30 minutes, we add the chickpeas that we have soaked overnight. Remember that they soften faster this way!

We let it cook for another little while, while we peel and cut the potatoes, carrots and turnip into large pieces. You got it? Well, we put them in the pot too.

Now comes the fun part. We clean and cut the leek into slices and add it to the pot along with the cabbage and cabbage, all cut into pieces. Oh, and don't forget the chard, which gives the broth a touch!

We let all this cook over low heat while we add a couple of bay leaves, a teaspoon of sweet paprika and a few grains of black pepper. And of course, you can't miss salt to taste and a lot of love, right?

And remember that the best thing about stew is that you eat croquettes today and tomorrow.
