Recomendaciones de lavado

La manera en la que lavamos la ropa afecta directamente a los tejidos y al medio ambiente, por eso te recomendamos:

  • Lavar nuestras prendas a baja temperatura (máximo 30ºC) con detergentes naturales.
  • Evitar el uso de blanqueantes, detergentes y suavizantes químicos para mantener la calidad y pureza de las fibras de algodón.
  • Siempre que sea posible, seca las prendas al aire para ahorrar energía. También puedes usar secadora con programa a baja temperatura y planchar a temperatura media.
  • No lavar en seco.

Water-based inks
In our designs we only use water-based inks. These do not contain heavy metals, PVC or phthalates. The pigments in these are of mineral and plant origin and are not tested on animals, so they are a vegan option. They do not require solvents to clean them.

How do shipments work?

All orders leave every day at 2:00 p.m. from La Tiendita de Cádiz, so if you need it the next day, go for it!

And you have to choose between two types:

- Slow shipping: max. 72 hours to your house.

- Urgent: 24-48 hours to your house.

Ah! If you are from Cádiz or nearby, put PICK UP IN STORE, so you come to see us and, above all, you make sure that your things will be for you.

Why don't you have free shipping?

When you see that "free shipping" it is because people raise the prices of their products to cover them, so you pay the same but they mess you up.

And in this neighborhood we are more about transparency and reality, so we already have the prices that each product is worth adjusted for you, taking into account that everything is artisan and made here, and shipping is managed elsewhere.

Because the shipping companies continue to charge us and we give you the price without VAT that they give us, no more and no less.

And what about the returns?

We do not believe in buying to try on things or impulsively, but in buying with common sense.

That's why we only make changes in the fashion part if it is for another size and we do it at shared costs: you pay for the return shipping and we pay for the shipping of the new garment.

Of course, check carefully that we try to ensure that all products have their size guides and you can ask us in the web chat or by Instagram to make sure... and so you can be happy!

And remember that if someone doesn't like what you give them, you can keep it yourself or give it to someone else, that's very cool :)
